The NHRA disqualified Randy Eakins from the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event at Gainesville Raceway for refusing teardown on his Stock Eliminator entry.  In addition to being disqualified from the event, Randy has been suspended from competition. 

At the same event, Jim Carter’s Super Stock entry was found to have loose ballast.  This violation resulted in disqualification from the event, zero points awarded, and the event counting against his total number of eligible scored events for the season.
