Notice to ALL Participants and Team Members

Due to the extreme heat we’ve had in Texas this summer, we are asking all participants and partners to be extra vigilant when it comes to fire safety and potential fire hazards.

Keep water cans or buckets handy
All fireworks are illegal and are prohibited
Use brooms or mats to put out fires
Think “PASS” when operating a fire extinguisher:
- Pull pin
- Aim
- Squeeze
- Sweep
Fully extinguish cigarette butts
Absolutely NO open fires anywhere on the property, campground included
All cooking fires need to be off the ground and have a lid
Report ANY and all fires by calling 9-1-1 and give an exact location
