This is West Metro’s tent permitting process for race teams and vendors participating in the Mile–High Nationals at Bandimere Speedway. Pit awnings do not require a permit. While a permit is not required, all areas are subject to inspection by fire safety officers who will be on scene throughout the event. Permits will be required for all hospitality areas.
Any tents used for assembly or merchandise sales require a permit. A permit application form is included with this notice and must be received by West Metro by July 10th. Permit fees shall be paid in advance by check or credit card. No permit fees will be collected at the event. When we receive your application we will prepare your permit and contact you regarding payment. Please complete the application and send it along with any additional documents to Captain Joe Passmore at the email address provided.
Tent permit fees are as follows:
- 401 to 1000 square feet - $75
- 1001 square feet to 5000 square feet - $100
- 5001 square feet or greater - $200
The event is scheduled for July 21, 22 and 23. West Metro Fire personnel will be distributing permits during set up on July 20th. We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to working with you to make this a safe and exciting event.
