NHRA Tech Department makes updates to the Stock Car Classification Guide

The NHRA Technical Department recently made changes to the Class Guide.

60-70 Ford FE added Edelbrock head part number 61857.

2015 Dodge Drag Pak 392 400/400 was a typo and should have been 392 430/430.
