Where do I find Competition number & licensing forms on the internet?

You will need to go to www.nhraracer.com website.  There you will find on the left side of home page the heading COMPETITION; then a sub section just below listing Competition number/License application & forms.  All your pertinent forms will be there based on the level of class being requested.
