Tuesday Tech Question presented by Evans Coolant

I have a Pro ET 1985 Camaro that has an OEM floor and firewall and runs 10.80 with a rollbar.  This winter I would like to stiffen the car up by making it into a complete rollcage and it should run in the low 10’s.  In reading the 2016 NHRA Rulebook I see if I run 10 seconds and slower and under 135 MPH I do not need an SFI 27.1 window net.  Am I reading it correctly?

Answer:

That is correct; 10 seconds and slower and less than 135 MPH does not require a window net
