As the result of runs under the Automatic Horsepower Factoring System (AHFS) 1.20-second under policy at the Gatornationals event, the following changes have been made.

The horsepower rating for 63-64 Dodge, Plymouth, entries with the 383 cubic inch engine and a factory rating of 330 currently rated at 280, has been increased by twelve horsepower, to 292 horsepower; for Stock Eliminator.

The horsepower rating for 2010 Ford Cobra Jet, entries with the 352 cubic inch engine and a factory rating of 285 currently rated at 349, has been increased by twelve horsepower, to 361 horsepower; for Stock Eliminator.

The horsepower rating for 16-17 Chevrolet COPO, entries with the 376 cubic inch engine and a factory rating of 410 currently rated at 410, has been increased by fourteen horsepower, to 424 horsepower; for Stock Eliminator.

The horsepower rating for 1978 Chevrolet Nova, entries with the 350 cubic inch engine and a factory rating of 160 currently rated at 283, has been increased by ten horsepower, to 293 horsepower; for Stock Eliminator.

The horsepower rating for 94-96 Chevrolet FWD, entries with the 265 cubic inch engine and a factory rating of 200 currently rated at 214, has been increased by seven horsepower, to 221 horsepower; for Super Stock GT.

The horsepower rating for 14-15 Chevrolet COPO, entries with the 350 cubic inch engine and a factory rating of 530 currently rated at 542, has been increased by eighteen horsepower, to 560 horsepower; for Super Stock Eliminator.

The horsepower rating for 11-13 Dodge Challenger, entries with the 392 cubic inch engine and a factory rating of 380 currently rated at 389, has been increased by thirteen horsepower, to 402 horsepower; for Stock Eliminator.

NHRA's 2017 Automatic Horsepower Factoring System outlines that any run of 1.20-seconds or more under the index will receive an immediate index decrease or horsepower increase. These changes are effective March 20, 2017.
