Reporting to the Vice President of Live Events, this position is responsible for handling the day-to-day Marketing and Operational functions at all National Events including organizing and implementing pre/post race ceremonies, assist with on and off site promotions and assist in the setup of signage, inflatables and staging for race events. You will also supervise the event staff. In addition, you will be driving a tractor trailer nationwide to national events under the supervision of our Sr. Director of Safety & Emergency Services. This is a full time remote position.
The qualified candidate is required to have a related background and/or experience. Knowledge of NHRA racing operations is a plus. High school diploma (or GED) is required. You should have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines; possess a current class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) with an excellent driving record; have the ability to work 10-12 hour days in extreme weather and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
