The NHRA D5 Lucas Oil Drag Racing Event, previously scheduled for Tri-State Raceway September 5-7, has been postponed. Track officials have deemed the majority of the facility unusable for parking with more heavy rain predicted the remained of the week.
The event will be moved to SRCA Dragstrip September 27-28 (Thurs-Fri). The SRCA event will run September 29-30 (Sat-Sun). Alcohol classes will compete Fri-Sat-Sun. (Sun eliminations)The track plans to conduct a test day on Wednesday. A complete detailed schedule will be released later this week.
