Earlier today the NHRA Technical Department released the 2019 JDRL Rulebook and the 2018 to 2019 JDRL NHRA Rulebook Amendments.
The amendments document the JDRL rule changes between the 2018 JDRL Rulebook amendments and the 2019 JDRL Rulebook that will come into effect beginning January 1, 2019. Both the 2019 JDRL Rulebook and the 2018 to 2019 JDRL Rule Amendments can be accessed by navigating to TECH, Rules.
