Update on the Use of Chromoly and Docol 8 Tubing

Beginning immediately, anywhere the 2022 NHRA Rulebook refers to Chromoly tubing, Docol R8 tubing is also permitted with the same dimensions. A future release of the NHRA 2022 electronic version of the rulebook will be updated to reflect this change.
