The NHRA Technical Department has released additional 2023 Rule Amendments. Unless otherwise noted in this document, these additional amendments will come into effect immediately. The 2023 NHRA Rulebook Amendments can be found under the Rules section of NHRARacer.com.

• Section 21: General Regulations 1:13, Vent Tubes, Breathers – Routing of vent tubes/hoses through driver’s compartment permitted. NHRA Accepted tubes/hoses required when routing through the driver’s compartment.
• Section 4B: Advanced ET, Vent Tubes, Breathers – Adds Engine:1 Vent Tubes, Breathers, Permitted, See General Regulations 1:13
• Section 7A: Top Sportsman, Vent Tubes, Breathers – Adds See General Regulations 1:13
• Section 4A: Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, Body – Clarifies a removeable hard top must still meet requirements for convertibles
• Section 11B: Factory Stock Showdown, Driveline – Adds Drivetrain:2, Driveline, Driveline meeting SFI Spec 43.1 mandatory
