The NHRA Technical Department has released additional 2025 Rule Amendments. Unless otherwise noted in this document, these additional amendments will come into effect immediately. The 2025 NHRA Rulebook Amendments can be found on NHRARacer.com under Tech, then Rules.

• Section 8, Super Street (includes SG and SC), Instruments – Instruments wiring clarification
• Section 11B, Factory Stock Showdown – Added Supercharger paragraph.  Supercharger case and rotors may be coated.
• Section 13K, Factory X, Designation – Minimum weight on the rear axle at conclusion of run changed to 1225 pounds
• Section 13K, Factory X – Added Camshaft and Lifter paragraph.  Aftermarket belt drive systems permitted.
• Section 13K, Factory X – Added Pistons paragraph.  Lateral and Horizontal Gas porting permitted.
• Section 13K, Factory X, Spoilers – Minimum wicker height change to 7/8-inch
• Section 18, Funny Car, Shutoff Device – Data logging required
• Section 19, Top Fuel, Shutoff Device – Data logging required
