• Section 4, Jr Drag Racing League, Clutch, Page 8 – Kondor Technologies added to accepted clutches
• Section 11B, Factory Stock Showdown, Supercharger, Page 18 – Supercharger blueprinting permitted per NHRA specifications
• Section 12B, Super Stock/GT, Class Weight Breaks, Page 12 – FGT updated to include FGT/AA
