Statement of Action Against Participants

During Q4 at the Super Grip NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals, Erica Enders’ vehicle was found to be equipped with beadlock wheels and inner liner tires not permitted in the Pro Stock category. The infraction led to a disqualification of her Q4 run, a $5,000 fine, and a deduction of 100 Championship Points.

Following E1 at the Super Grip NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals, a random post-run inspection revealed Jordan Lazic’s fire extinguishing system had the safety pin still installed, rendering it non-functional. As a result, he received a disqualification from E1 and a $2,500 fine.

During the Super Grip NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals, members of Greg Anderson’s and Richard Freeman's teams were involved in a verbal and physical altercation. While no fine or point deduction was issued, the teams received a formal warning for unsportsmanlike conduct. Any future incidents of this nature will result in disciplinary action.

Fred Perkins III ran quicker than the 6.000-second index limit for Top Dragster at both the Maple Grove Lucas Oil event and the Epping National Event. Per NHRA policy, he has been disqualified from both events and will receive 0 points, with both counting against his total eligible scored events for the season.

All fines will be dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the Safety Safari and are appealable.
